We verify patient insurance eligibility for all insurance carriers prior to them being seen by your office If you are a specialist we can determine if the patient needs a referral or authorization prior to being seen. We will also determine what their copay, coinsurance, and deductible amount will be.

A/R Follow-up & Appeals

Here at PBS, claims are submitted within 24 hours of receipt. All claims go through a scrubbing process prior to being sent to the insurances to ensure an error free submission. If claims are rejected, we work to get them fixed and resubmitted the same day.

Payment Posting

Payment posting is an important piece of the medical billing process. EOB's and ERA's are posted as soon as they are received. By doing so, we are ensuring that denials are quickly captured and handled appropriately.

Appeals & Denials

If a claim receives a denial, our specialists are ready to take action. We continue to follow up on denials until payment is received. If an appeal is necessary, we will help fight for the payment that you worked for using our knowledge in the laws and ethics of medical billing.


Once the payment posting is complete, we will scrub patient statement claims to be sure all balances are true and correct. We then generate statements and mail them out on a monthly basis. We have a telephone extension dedicated to patient inquiries. We are able to take patient payments over the phone which will be deposited directly to your designated account.
